Brian has been involved with fitness training, planning and testing for individuals and groups for over 13 years working as a personal coach at various health clubs. He has also been active in various aspects of cycling for many years, enjoying riding bikes for pleasure combined with the competitive side of bike racing.
Having competed in various road, duathlon and mountain biking races Brian soon observed that unless you followed a structured training plan, results were normally counted from the back of the field rather than from the front!
Searching around for coaching it became apparent to Brian that if you are not part of a club, gaining access to a coach who could assess your fitness and then plan training around your lifestyle was very difficult.
As a result, bdbike coaching was born with the sole purpose to help individuals and groups develop their cycling specific fitness from the safety of our own indoor cycling studio.
