“ I have used the Wattbike for specific turbo training sessions in preparation for triathlon. It has been very helpful to monitor my progress with the Wattbike as it provides such practical and useful information. It has enabled me to work on cycling technique and the improvement in my time trials has come from not only doing the sessions on the bike but also pedalling more effectively. The visual feedback that the Wattbike provides allows you to see how you are pushing and pulling and how that translates to your power output, speed, cadence and heart rate. As a practicing physiotherapist I have recommended the Wattbike to many of my clients for the purpose of identifying weakness in leg strength which may be causing compensation and overuse of certain muscle groups. In addition, it is a great way to monitor objectively the improvement in neuro-muscular performance on the bike.
