How to Select Your Sessions
To select the sessions appropriate to your training plan and schedule consider what aspect of your performance or skills you want to work on and then pick sessions that you can build your other activities around. If you are planning multiple sessions or activities be sure to factor in recovery time if necessary.

Studio Class Prices
Prices for the timetabled studio classes are as follows:
- £10 for drop-in
- £45 for 5 sessions
- £80 for 10 sessions
